BISP Kafalat Eligibility Criteria
According to BISP Kafalat Eligibility Criteria, only poor and needy single, married, divorced, or widowed women are eligible for a 13500 payment. Government-employed individuals cannot register in the BISP Kafalat Program. Families with an international travel history of any family member will also be considered ineligible for the BISP Kafalat Program. Only Pakistani citizens are eligible for these BISP payments. Who is Eligible For the BISP Kafalat Program?
As you know, the BISP Kafalat Program is only for the poor and lower-class families of Pakistan. This program was launched by the government of Pakistan to fulfill the needs of the poor by providing them with quarterly aid through a transparent method. That’s why, to keep the money distribution process transparent, the BISP Kafalat Program officials have updated the Eligibility Criteria of this program.
According to the new BISP Kafalat Eligibility Criteria, only poor families that come in the government criteria will be consider eligible for the BISP Kafalat Program. The BISP Kafalat Eligibility Criteria are present below:
- Only women are eligible for the BISP Kafalat Program
- Single, married, divorced, or widowed women are eligible
- Applicant women must be 18+ of age and have Pakistani CNIC
- Women’s family poverty score (PMT Score) should be less than 30
- There should not be a government employee in the applicant’s family
- Women with any disability will be consider eligible for the BISP Kafalat Program
- If anyone in the applicant’s family has traveled outside the country then they are not eligible
- The woman should not be getting government aid from any other government program/scheme

Who is Ineligible For the BISP Kafalat Program?
If any woman doesn’t meet the eligibility criteria that is present above then she will be consider ineligible for the BISP Kafalat Program. The following people will be consider Ineligible For the BISP Kafalat Program.
- Those women who have any government employee in their family
- Families having multiple women who are receiving money from BISP
- Passport-holder women will be consider ineligible for the BISP Kafalat
- If any woman’s husband has traveled abroad then she will be ineligible
- Those families who have consumed eligibility of 100,000 are ineligible
- If one car or two bikes are register on a woman’s spouse’s CNIC then she is ineligible
- Those women who have incomplete survey and don’t complete it before 30 September 2024
- If the monthly income of the family is more than 55000 then the woman of that family is ineligible
On Which Base BISP Determines Eligibility Criteria?
BISP Kafalat Program was designed to help the poor and needy women of Pakistan. That’s why, the officials of this program want to keep this motto alive and only give the government aid to deserving women. To keep the aid distribution transparent the government of Pakistan has made a unique eligibility criteria. Only poor and needy people who are living lower-class life will able to meet that eligibility criteria. Hence, in this way, the BISP selects the deserving poor for the Kafalat Program aid and distributes 13500 quarterly among registered women.
Check BISP Kafalat Eligibility through ID Card
Visit the 8171 Web Portal and enter your CNIC card number there. Solve the Captcha and after this step, click on the green ‘Maloom Karen’ button. The 8171 Web Portal will check the database of BISP Kafalat and tell you on the next page whether you meet the eligibility criteria of the BISP Kafalat Program or not. If you meet the BISP Kafalat Program Eligibility Criteria then you need to complete the NSER survey by visiting the Benazir Income Support Program Office.
In the second case, if you show the message that you are ineligible and you can’t receive aid from any BISP program then it is impossible to get the BISP aid.
Check BISP Kafalat Eligibility through SMS
Type your CNIC number and send it to the 8171 code. Wait for 8 to 10 seconds. In reply, you will get a message about whether you are eligible for the BISP kafalat Program or not. If you are eligible then you can get the BISP payment. If you are ineligible then there must be a point that is making you eligible for this program.

بے نظیر کفالت پروگرام اہلیت کے معیار کے مطابق، صرف غریب اور ضرورت مند کنواری، شادی شدہ، طلاق یافتہ، یا بیوہ خواتین 13500 کی ادائیگی کی اہل ہیں۔ سرکاری ملازمت والے افراد بے نظیر کفالت پروگرام میں رجسٹر نہیں ہو سکتے۔ اگر خاندان میں کسی نے بین الاقوامی سفر کیا ہے تو وہ بھی بے نظیر کفالت پروگرام کے لیے نااہل تصور کیا جائے گا۔ صرف پاکستانی شہری ہی بے نظیر قسط کے اہل ہیں۔
