- Balochistan: Washuk, Kech, Sherani, Zhob
- Gilgit-Baltistan & AJK: Diamer, Astore, Neelum, Kotli

BISP 8171 Program Phase 3 Eligibility Criteria
The following will be requirements if you want to receive august payments as a BISP 8171 Programme 3 applicant:
- Poverty Score Under Minimum Threshold: Families with a National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) poverty score of 30 or less will be given preference.
- Women Head of Households: Households with women as the head of household will be given priority.
- No Government Job: Families who do not have employment in the Government sector.
- No Foreign Travel: Must not have any record of travel abroad.
- Valid CNIC: A NADRA Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) will be require to register.
