92,000 eligible women of Gilgit-Baltistan have started receiving financial assistance from the BISP Gilgit Kafalat Program. A few days ago, Benazir Program Chairperson Rubina Khalid took strict notice while visiting Gilgit-Baltistan to review the current worst situation of the campsites and BISP centers there. According to the Chairperson, no woman should have any kind of problem. The payment of all eligible women should be hand over to them soon.
Chairperson BISP Rubina Khalid met Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan and during this meeting they agreed to work on improving the system. So that every woman can get their payments without any difficulty. She also assured that soon the beneficiaries will be able to get their payments easily through the JazzCash payment withdrawal system.
As you know, there are a lot of problems of internet in the backward areas of Pakistan. Therefore, the main issue was the lack of internet in the tribal areas of Gilgit-Baltistan. This issue makes it difficult for residents to access their BISP payments. Chairperson BISP has provided fast internet service by taking immediate notice. Now all BISP Payments will be hand over to beneficiaries as soon as possible.
BISP Gilgit Kafalat Program Payments
All eligible women of Gilgit-Baltistan can get financial assistance of 10500 from the Government of Pakistan. Only deserving and poor people are eligible for the BISP Scheme. Send your National Identity Card number to 8171 code now to complete your registration. If you are eligible, visit the nearest BISP center for registration and biometric verification.
Eligible women of Gilgit-Baltistan have start receiving payments from the Benazir Income Support Program. New Payments Released For 92000 Beneficiaries
The pending 92000 payments have been released recently. Hence, visit the BISP center for payment withdrawal. The Government of Pakistan has set eligibility criteria for the Benazir Program which must be met prior to registration. The most important point among them is that the PMT score should be less than 30 percent.

BISP Regional Offices Shortages
BISP Money distribution and BISP registration process for women is delay due to shortage of BISP offices and staff in Gilgit Baltistan. This is the main reason that causes difficulties for women. Rubina Khalid has issued an order to the BISP administration to start new BISP offices in order to improve the scope and effectiveness of the program.
Internet Availability in Tribal Areas
It was said by the representatives that the main reasons for all the processing delays are due to the lack of internet in the tribal areas. In response to which Rubina Khalid suggested that Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan should work on improving internet services in these areas to facilitate payments. Hence, in future the BISP payments will be give to women as soon as possible.

بے نظیر پروگرام کی چیف روبینہ خالد نے گلگت بلتستان کا دورہ کیا جس میں انہوں نے یہ جائزہ لیا۔ کہ بہت سے مسائل کے وجوہات کی بنا پر مستحق اور غریب افراد کی پیمنٹ تاخیر کا شکار ہے.
انہوں نے اس میٹنگ کے دوران وزیراعلی گلگت بلتستان سے یہ درخواست کی. کہ گلگت بلتستان میں افسز،سٹاف اور انٹرنیٹ کی کمی کو جلد از جلد دور کیا جائے تاکہ پیمنٹ کا ملنا اور نیو رجسٹریشن کا پروسس پھر سے جاری کیا جاۓ.
تاہم ان چیلنجوں کے باوجود بے نظیر انکم سپورٹ پروگرام گلگت بلتستان میں 92,000 سے زائد خواتین مستحقین کی مدد جاری رکھے ہوئے ہے۔ ایسی خواتین جن کی رجسٹری ابھی تک مکمل نہیں ہوئی ان کو پھر سے قریبی سنٹر کا ویزٹ کرنا ہو گا.

The main purpose of this visit was to get information about the deserving women living in tribal areas and remote places. In which the information receive that money is sent in their name whether they receive it or not. For this reason, BISP program chief Rubina Khalid also met with these women and discussed all the problems.
