CM Punjab Maryam Nawaz Launches Honhar Scholarship Program for the students of 50 public sector universities, 16 medical colleges and 131 graduate colleges. The total number of Punjab Honahar Merit Scholarship are increased from 4000 To 25000. Now maximum deserving students will get scholarships and the government will bear the expenses of their studies. As you know, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has decided to give scholarships to brilliant students. Students studying in the eight government universities of Punjab always who always 90% marks and get ready for scholarships because now the number of these scholarships has increased. The government will pay such brilliant student fees from the scholarship program.
8 selected universities of Punjab will get a total of 25000 Punjab Honahar Merit Scholarships. The CM directed the authorities to increase the number of scholarships from 4,000 to 25,000. While talking to a press conference regarding this scholarship, Chief Minister Punjab has decided on many new updates about this scholarship. Under this scholarship program, a 100% fee of the student will be paid from the Punjab Honahar Merit Scholarship. Hence, all the deserving students enrolled in the BS programs of selected eight government universities will get this scholarship.
Honhar Scholarship 4000 To 25000
The total number of Punjab Scholarship / Punjab Honahar Merit Scholarship always was 4000. But after the new government takes charge the new CM Marium Nawaz is taking the education sector to its peak level. Hence, Chief Minister Marium Nawaz has ordered to increase Punjab Honahar Merit Scholarship from 4000 to 25000.
New Universities For New Scholarships
Due to the small number of universities, an order has been issue for the establishment of new government universities in 3 big cities of Punjab province, Bahawalnagar, Jhelum, and Vahari. Special purpose: Students from faraway places who do not have a university in their city. Now the government university will be available in their city too, and students will not need to travel.
How To Get Punjab Honhar Scholarship
There is no need to apply for this scholarship. If you have got 90% marks consistently in recent exams then get ready to avail Punjab Honahar Merit Scholarship. This program has been introduce by the government for all honahar students of Punjab province. Free fees and stipends are provided to all brilliant students in this program. Honahar students pay their educational expenses with the help of this money which does not present any problem to them. This payment is pay in every new semester.
Reforming Education Affairs
Maryam Nawaz has suggested forming a ministerial committee to improve the education system of Punjab. She has decided to establish the Punjab Board Coordination Commission for reforming the affairs of education boards. These steps will encourage the students and increase the literacy rate in Pakistan.
