Why I am Not Eligible for BISP Program
If you are Not Eligible for BISP Program then let me tell you that the BISP Program is only for the poor and deserving people, that’s why everyone can’t register for it. Because the registration database of the BISP center is connected with Pakistan land record and NADRA. Hence, many people while trying to register for the Benazir Income Support Program become ineligible due to their property and assets records that are already present in government records.
As you know, in the BISP program, all people submit their applications for registration. Later, many people find out that they are not eligible for this scheme. Therefore, I have brought this post for all you members so that you can complete your registration easily and don’t face any problems.
First of all, we need to know who is eligible and who is not eligible for Benazir Income Support Program. Eligible in this scheme are only those who do not have money, land, a house, a government job, etc. On the other hand, those people who have got poverty score of more than 32 percent are eligible. BISP Eligibility Criteria Check
To check your BISP eligibility online you have to send your National Identity Card number to 8171. In this way, you will know your eligibility criteria. If you are eligible for the scheme, you will receive a confirmation message.
Benazir Income Support Program helps only deserving people. People who do not have any facilities have a poverty score below 30 percent. Moreover, widows, orphans, and disabled persons are also eligible for this scheme.
Below these are the factors that decide whether you are eligible or not eligible for the BISP Program:
Poverty Score:
The government sets a poverty score for every individual according to his/her assets, income, and property. All people get a poverty score from the government of Pakistan. People whose score is more than average can’t join this scheme. However, poor people whose poverty score is low then such people are consider eligible for the BISP program.
Bank Account:
Those individuals who have bank accounts and save money in that account are also not eligible for the Benazir Income Support Program. Many people in Pakistan have bank accounts and other facilities but still they try to apply to the BISP program. But all their tries to get financial assistance from this scheme will prove unsuccessfully in the end. Hence, I want to say to them that this money and aid is for deserving and poor people who have nothing else except hope.
Land & Property:
When you apply for the scheme, the representatives first check your NADRA and Land record. If there is any land registered on your National Identity Card then it will be available in the Land Record database. If any land record is found then you will be declare ineligible. On the other hand, if you are found eligible then you will be include in this scheme by the government. The special reason for doing this is to deliver aid fairly and transparently.
How To Reduce The Poverty Score?
Low Poverty score individuals will automatically get register in the BISP program. However, those who have high poverty scores need to reduce this score to become eligible for this program. The only method to reduce the BISP Poverty Score (PMT Score) is to take part in the BISP re-survey. If you were rich before, but now you have become poor due to current inflation. So it is an easy method to reduce the PMT score. Your New Dynamic Survey will be conduct at the Benazir Income Support Program office. In which all your information will be receive. If the representatives feel that you are on the list of eligible persons, then your poverty score will be reduce. And you will automatically become eligible for the BISP program.

What Should Ineligible Persons Do?
You have registered online under the Benazir Income Support Program and now you have been disqualified. Then you need to go again to your nearest Benazir office and tell them that you have applied for this program. But has been disqualified. We are poor. We have no facilities and no better source of income but again provide all the information about your house so that you can join the scheme.
BISP Eligibility Criteria:
- Deserving and poor people are eligible for this scheme.
- The poverty score should be below only 30%.
- Your monthly income should be less than (Rs. 30,000) thirty thousand.
- No member of your family should be a government employee.
- Orphans, widows, and disabled persons are eligible for this scheme.

جس وجہ سے آپ کو اس پروگرام میں نااھل قرار دیا گیا ہے. تاہم یہ غلطی کی صورت میں بھی ہو سکتا ہے. اگر آپ کے پاس کچھ نہیں آپ خود کو اس اسکیم کے لیے اھل سمجھ رہی ہیں. تو ابھی قریبی بے نظیر سنٹر کا ویزٹ کریں اور اپنا ڈائنامک سروے دوبارہ سے کروا لیں. تاکہ آپ کو بھی اس اسکیم سے وظیفہ ملنا شروع ہو.

Why I am Not Eligible for BISP Program?
If you don’t meet the eligibility criteria of BISP and your poverty score is higher than 32 then you are not eligible for BISP Program.
