BISP 8171 3rd Phase Payment Date
The Benazir Income Support Program has officially announced the BISP 8171 3rd Phase Payment Date from May to June 2025. Geared towards eligible families that were barred from entering payments in the former phases. Heirs will be suitable to admit a daily payment of PKR 13,500.
Districts Covered in Phase 3
Phase 3 will include over 60 Districts across Pakistan, focusing on Districts that will distribute payments cluster-wise wise include:
1. Punjab Rawalpindi, Lahore, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Attock, Jhelum
2. Sindh Hyderabad, Sukkur, Khairpur, Tando Allahyar
3. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa( KPK) Kohat, Malakand, Buner, Shangla
4. Balochistan Quetta, Khuzdar, Panjgur, Washuk
5. Azad Kashmir & Gilgit- Baltistan Bagh, Ghizer

BISP Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the BISP 8171 3rd phase payment, heirs must
• Already registered in the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) survey.
• Be a low-income ménage that makes below PKR 40,000 yearly.
• Have a Poverty Score( PMT) of 32 or lower.
• Be a woman, widow, or person with disabilities.
How to Check Your Payment Status
Beneficiaries can check their eligibility and payment status by any of the following styles
1. SMS Service: Send an SMS containing a 13-digit CNIC number(without dashes) to 8171. You’ll receive a reply that will contain all information about your eligibility and payment status.
2. Online Web Portal: Visit the BISP 8171 web portal. Enter your CNIC number and CAPTCHA to check your current eligibility or current BISP payment status online website.
3. Helpline Trick: You can communicate with the helpline of BISP at 0800- 26477 for support.
How to Collect BISP Payment?
When you receive the SMS of BISP payment then follow these steps to get the BISP payment:
1. Go to the BISP payment distribution center present near you, BISP Center, HBL, Bank Alfalah, and Konnect agents.
2. Bring your original CNIC and the SMS you received to get the payment.
3. Complete the biometric verification process.
4. Collect your payment in cash (Rs 13,500)
